FACT is for students who miss essential in-person skills from their Professional Responder course.
The Canadian Red Cross requires full attendance for every course, and missing a session risks dismissal. This solution provides tailored make-up sessions, allowing students to regain missed skills and meet course requirements.
This is only for students facing unexpected absences - ensuring you stay on track with certification standards.
FACT is designed for students who miss essential in-person skills from their Professional Responder course. As the Canadian Red Cross mandates full attendance and participation in all sessions, missing even one session can risk dismissal from a program.
FACT offers a flexible, tailored solution to help students facing unavoidable absences regain missed skills and meet course requirements. This individualized training day is approved strictly on a case-by-case basis for those with genuine, unforeseen circumstances. Please note that not every student qualifies for this option, and eligibility is carefully assessed to ensure it aligns with program standards and certification integrity.
