Delta Emergency Support Training respects your privacy. We collect only the personal information needed to register you, take payment, deliver your course, issue certification, communicate with you, and meet legal or contractual requirements.

What we collect

• Contact details (name, email, phone) for registration and communication.
• Information required for certification and, where relevant, guardian/consent records.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the platform:

• Database, accounts, and file storage (data hosted in Canada).
• Payment processing (we never store full card numbers).
• Transactional email.
• Website hosting and content delivery, which processes IP addresses and request metadata.
• Maps, for directions to course locations.

Some providers process data outside Canada under contractual safeguards. The full provider inventory, with data categories and purposes, is being finalized as part of this policy.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver training and required course communications. Marketing messages are separate and sent only with a lawful consent basis (CASL); every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where we’re not required to keep it. Email info@deltaemergency.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging, and we minimize the data we collect.
