For employers

Book your people. Pay by invoice. Know who is ready.

A Delta company account sends one worker or a whole crew to training without a credit card, and keeps every certificate, expiry and worksite where you can see it.

Nothing to sign and nothing to pay to open it. Set up the same day.

How it works

Three steps, and the third one is ours.

  1. Tell us who and when

Email or call with your company name, the course, the date and how many people. One is fine. We set the account up the same day.

  2. Confirm on your invoice link

The invoice is a page: the course, the date, the price and GST, our direct deposit details and a spot for your PO number. Add the employee's name and email and press confirm.

  3. They train. You see it.

Each person gets their own confirmation, course materials and online account. When they pass, the certificate and its expiry land on your Command board.

What you get

Everything a safety lead has to chase, in one place.

  • One person or a whole team

Public dates in Calgary and Leduc, one seat or twenty, named by you and confirmed to each of them.

  • Invoice and direct deposit

No card. One invoice per booking, numbered, with GST, and a PO field if your accounts department needs one.

  • Every certificate and expiry

Who is certified, in what, where they work and when it runs out, with renewal reminders before anyone lapses.

  • Private dates on your site

A course for your crew on a day you choose, at your worksite or our classroom. Quoted with three date options.

  • Workers who do not speak English

A private class for a few workers who share a language: the instructor teaches in English, they read the live translation on screen.

  • A year of training, planned once

Steady turnover? Prepay a year of seats and draw them down as people join. Fewer invoices, no scramble before an audit.

Delta Command

Are we covered?

Every company account comes with Delta Command, the board that answers that question without three spreadsheets and somebody’s inbox. Your people, their certificates, the expiry dates, the worksites and the first aid plan for each one.

Included. Not an upsell.

Your roomsLive
  • Your team's training

Everyone Delta trained for you, when each certificate runs out, and who is due.

  • Sites

Each worksite, who is on it, and whether it is covered.

  • Reports

An audit CSV and a printable compliance report of every certificate on file.

  • First aid plan

Printable forms, an emergency plan for each site, and the first aiders each site needs under the Alberta OHS Code.

  • Documents

Your safety documents, forms and procedures, kept private, with every version.

  • Kits, AEDs and supplies

What each site carries, when it was checked, and what needs replacing.

When the auditor comes

Hand them the report, not a folder.

Your account produces what an OHS auditor asks for: a printable compliance report of every certificate on file, an audit CSV, the first aid plan and the emergency plan for each site, and your safety documents with every version kept. The Alberta OHS Code first aid requirements are built in, so each site shows how many first aiders it needs and whether it has them.

Crews outside Alberta? Our workplace first aid hub covers the requirements province by province, and the courses we certify are recognized across Canada.

Paying by invoice

Four rules, so a seat is never wasted.

  1. Paid in full 7 days before the course

The invoice shows the exact date. The seat is not held without payment. If payment has not arrived by then, the seat is released to the public. Seats have to be filled.

  2. By direct deposit

Our deposit details are on every invoice, with the invoice number to put on the payment so it matches.

  3. Certificates are only issued once payment is received

However the course went. This is the one rule we never bend, because it is the only one that protects a seat.

  4. The same cancellation terms as everyone

A company seat follows the registration policies every student agrees to: 14 days of notice on responder courses and 72 hours on the short ones to move or cancel, approved refunds net of processor fees and a 7% administrative fee, and no refund for a no-show or a failed course. The account does not buy extra leeway. What it buys is Delta Command.

Companies that send ten or more people a month can move to net 30 terms. If your accounts department needs us set up as a vendor first, send the forms and we fill them in the same day. The full policies are at registration policies.

Put your people in. We take it from there.

Email or call with your company name, the course, the date and the number of people. The account and the invoice link come back the same day.
