First Responder Recertification
First Responder Recertification is designed for professionals who already hold FR certification and require renewal for employment or professional compliance. This course refreshes core responder skills and includes Basic Life Support at no additional cost.
Delta Emergency Support Training delivers FR Recertification in Calgary and Leduc, with on-site options available across Alberta for organizations maintaining FR credentials.

Prerequisites
Current First Responder certification
What You Review
Patient assessment and scene management
Airway, respiratory, and circulatory emergencies
Shock and hemorrhage control
Musculoskeletal, head, and spinal injuries
Cardiac arrest response and BLS skills
Completion
100% attendance and successful skill verification.
Certification
Canadian Red Cross First Responder Recertification and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Length / Format
24 hours total.
This exceeds the minimum recertification requirement and ensures adequate hands-on review.
